Birds - Caspian Tern
Class:Aves Order:Charadriiformes Family:Sternidae Genus:Hydroprogne


Caspian Tern, Hydroprogne caspia. This is a very large, white tern with black legs, an orange bill and a black cap on his head. There are also darker feathers found in his tail and the tips of the wings. These birds live near bodies of water and eat fish, insects and even the eggs and young of other birds.
