Birds - Eastern Wood-Pewee
Class:Aves Order:Passeriformes Family:Tyrannidae

A small, gray flycatcher with relatively longer wings than other flycatchers. Notable for their song. I think that John McConnell photographed this Eastern Wood-Pewee somewhere in Western Kansas.
