Birds - Peregrine Falcon Class:Aves Order:Falconiformes Family:Falconidae Genus:Falco ![]() Peregrine Falcon, Falco peregrinus. Also known as the Duck Hawk. Their bodies are black, with black and white striped undersides (resembling the classic prison fatigues). Their dives to catch prey in the air are called Stoops.
