Birds - American Tree Sparrow
Class:Aves Order:Passeriformes Family:Emberizidae Genus:Spizella

American Tree Sparrow, Spizella arborea. The American Tree Sparrow is a beautiful bird. The beak is actually two colors - black and yellow. They typically have a little dark spot on their chest and a red streak on their head. These sparrows are ground foragers, searching the ground for seeds. That little brick-colored cap gives these birds away.
